Among all four, last one is the most important. UGC NET especially gives a Tabular data for Data interpretation.

Unit : 4 Communication
This unit is properly vocab based and you need to utilize your common sense. Don't go as per the syllabus just Follow PYQs as your syllabus. And explore the topics on which Questions were asked.
Unit -8 : ICT
ICT unit 8 is purely technical term based. Computer vocabulary and Cyber related vocabulary you need to memorize and understand.
You could use NCERT class XI & XII selectively
And ICT IN EDUCATION document by SCERT Delhi. That will be sufficient
Unit -10 : Higher Education System
This unit has three broad area of study:
1) Evolution of Higher Education in India, you need to know about different commission for education since 1813
2) Ancient University and Scholars, And also many modern university, their establishment, specialization, location, founder etc
3) Digital initiative for Higher education, different website, apps for sharing knowledge etc.
This unit also memorization based.
Unit-2: Research Aptitude
Ignou module you can utilize.
